Nestled between the stunning coastal gems of Padstow and Newquay, we’re just a five-minute stroll from beautiful Porthcothan Bay and the famous South West Coast Path. It’s the ideal base for exploring Cornwall’s breathtaking beaches, charming villages, and dramatic cliffs.
Pitches for Everyone!
From tents to tourers, caravans to campervans, we’ve got grass pitches for all shapes and sizes—electric and non-electric. Picture yourself unwinding with stunning valley views, surrounded by nature, and with plenty of space to breathe.
Here’s the lowdown on our pitch options:
- Small Non-Electric Pitch (8x8m): Perfect for a small campervan or tent.
- Standard Electric Pitch (9x10m): Ideal for your camper or tent with a little extra comfort.
- Large Electric & Non-Electric Pitches (10x10m): Great for families or groups with larger tents or campers.
- Extra-Large Electric Pitches (16x11m): Bring the whole gang! These can fit up to 10 people or two families (note: additional accommodation types on one pitch incur extra charges for electricity).
Heads up! While we’ll do our best to honor your preferred pitch request, we can’t guarantee it—but we’ll always try to make your stay as smooth as possible. Don’t forget: High-season arrivals and departures are limited to Wednesdays or Saturdays.

A Few Friendly Reminders
When booking your pitch, make sure there’s enough space for your accommodation and car, with proper spacing (6m between neighbors and 3m from boundary markers). And please check out our T&Cs to keep everything running smoothly—especially our noise policy.
